Privacy Policy

When you connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect OAuth, we access:

• Subscription and payment data (amounts, statuses, renewal dates)
• Customer email addresses (to send recovery and pre-dunning emails on your behalf)
• Card expiry information (month/year only, never full card numbers)
• Your Stripe account info (business name, logo for email branding)

We also collect your email address and basic account info when you sign up.

• Send pre-dunning alerts to your customers before their cards expire
• Send recovery emails when payments fail
• Display recovery analytics on your dashboard (MRR at risk, recovered revenue, recovery rate)
• Improve the service and fix bugs

We never sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.

• Stripe for payment processing and account connection (Stripe Connect)
• Resend for transactional email delivery (recovery and pre-dunning emails)
• Supabase for data storage (hosted on AWS, encrypted at rest)
• Vercel for hosting the application

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

We retain your data while your Stripe account is connected and your Revenudge account is active. When you disconnect your Stripe account or delete your Revenudge account, we delete all associated data within 30 days.

• Disconnect your Stripe account at any time from the dashboard
• Request deletion of all your data by emailing us
• Export your recovery data from the dashboard

We use Stripe Connect OAuth, so we never handle or store card numbers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow security best practices appropriate for the data we handle.

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
