Terms of Service

Revenudge is a dunning and payment recovery tool. You connect your Stripe account, and we help you recover failed payments and prevent involuntary churn by sending pre-dunning alerts and recovery emails to your customers.

• You must have a valid Stripe account with active subscriptions
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)

• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan (no credit card required)
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you keep access until the period ends

You agree not to:

• Use Revenudge to send spam or unsolicited emails unrelated to payment recovery
• Abuse the service or attempt to exceed your plan limits
• Interfere with the service or other users' access
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for anything illegal

We do our best to help you recover failed payments, but we cannot guarantee specific recovery rates or revenue outcomes. Payment recovery depends on many factors outside our control (your customer's bank, card status, willingness to update, etc.).

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, missed payments, or any indirect damages arising from use of Revenudge. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

• You can cancel your account anytime from the dashboard or by emailing us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• On termination, we stop all email sending immediately
• Your data is deleted within 30 days of account closure

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you via email. Continued use of Revenudge after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Revenudge operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
